Julio Toledo began his career as a flight attendant in 1962, w here he realized that he wanted to work in air travel and hospitality. In 1965, Mr. Toledo was recruited by Jerry' s Caterer in Fort Lauderdale as General Manager of international airlines, where he gained all his operational experience. He dedicated the next for ty years of his life learning everything there is to know about airline catering with the goaI of one day starting his own airline catering company. That day came in 2008, when he and his wife founded Air Catering International, a small family business with a unique perspective on airline catering. Over the course of 50 years in the industry, Mr. Toledo has acquired unparalleled experience in contract management, quality assurance, Aircraft logistics, equipment procurement, food safety, sanitation, and most importantly, in-flight catering.
